We offer extensive hot forging capabilities with multiple production lines, ensuring stable processing, efficiency, and versatility for a wide range of components and parts geometries. We design and manufacture internally all dies and tools for the steel forging process
Precision Light Forging
Our light forging lines are designed to handle parts ranging from 1 kg to 15 kg with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. With equipment capabilities ranging from 4000 KGM to 8000 KGM, these lines ensure high-quality production for smaller, precision components.
Robust medium weight Forging
Our medium weight forging line is equipped to manage larger and more demanding parts, processing components from 12 kg to 60 kg. This line guarantees the strength and durability required for heavy-duty industrial applications.
Specialized Shaft Pressing
Our specialized shaft pressing line is designed to handle a wide range of shaft components, ensuring precision and consistency. This line efficiently processes shaft components weighing between 2 kg and 40 kg.
