Elemental and Molecular Analysis
Optical spectrometer and high resolution microscope test are required by our control plan both for incoming raw material acceptance and components material structure validation after heat treatment.
Impact and Ultrasonic Testing
The Charpy Impact Tester is employed to evaluate the material toughness, which is crucial for safety applications, and the US Structure Tester uses ultrasonic technology to ensure the integrity and consistency of materials.
Material Mechanical Properties Testing
Our Roughness Testing Tool assesses the quality of surface finishes, critical for functional performance, and our Traction Elongation Test Device measures the ductility and strength of materials mandatory to certify materials performances of safety parts after heat treatment.
Hardness Measurement
We measure the hardness of materials using Vickers, Brinell, and Rockwell scales, which provide accurate assessments of material resistance to wear and deformation.
Magnetic particle inspection
We are equipped with automatic and manual magnetic particle inspection units for parts non destructive control.
All our operators are licensed and certified by external auditors.
